Outdoor space you actually use in a Kitsap summer

Decks
across the Kitsap Peninsula

Custom cedar and composite decks framed for the long, wet season and built around how you actually use the yard.

Why this holds up here

The difference is in the prep,
not the marketing.

  • Framing and flashing detailed for constant moisture, where most deck failures actually start
  • Layout planned around grill, table, and traffic flow instead of a generic rectangle
  • Cedar or composite priced side by side so the trade-off is yours to make
  • Permits pulled where the height or attachment requires them

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Cedar or composite in this climate?+

Composite handles our wet months with less maintenance and no annual sealing. Cedar is warmer underfoot and cheaper to build, but expects upkeep. Both work here when the framing and flashing are right.

Will I need a permit?+

Usually yes if the deck is attached to the house or more than 30 inches off grade. We confirm with the jurisdiction before we start.
