Why this holds up here

The difference is in the prep,
not the marketing.

  • Compacted aggregate base and edge restraints, so the surface stays flat instead of sinking after a wet winter
  • Grading that pushes runoff away from the foundation rather than into the crawlspace
  • Clean cuts and tight joints — the detail that separates a $10k patio from a weekend job
  • One crew from excavation through final sweep and washdown

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How long does a typical patio take?+

Most residential patios run three to seven working days depending on size, site access, and how much excavation the grade requires.

Pavers or poured concrete?+

Pavers flex with our freeze-thaw and wet soil and can be lifted and reset if a utility ever needs access. Concrete is faster and often less expensive up front but cracks are permanent. We price both on the same estimate.

Will my patio hold up to Kitsap rain?+

That comes down to base depth and drainage, not the surface material. We build the base for saturated soil and pitch the surface so water leaves rather than pools.
