A finished lawn this week, not next season

Sod Installation
across the Kitsap Peninsula

Fresh-cut sod over properly amended and graded soil, with the irrigation tie-in a new lawn needs to root.

Why this holds up here

The difference is in the prep,
not the marketing.

  • A usable lawn in days instead of the months seed takes to fill in
  • Soil amended and graded first — sod laid over compacted clay fails no matter how good the sod is
  • Sod scheduled to arrive the day we install it, not to sit on a pallet drying out
  • A written watering schedule so it roots instead of yellowing in week two

How it works

A clear process, start to finish.

  1. 01
    Site prep

Old turf and weeds stripped, soil tilled and amended.

  2. 02
    Grading

Positive slope away from the house, raked smooth for tight seams.

  3. 03
    Install

Fresh-cut sod laid, seamed tight, and rolled for soil contact.

  4. 04
    Watering walkthrough

Schedule handed over and irrigation checked zone by zone.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

When can we walk on it?+

Light foot traffic after about two weeks. Full use and first mow usually around three to four weeks, depending on temperature.

Do you haul away the old lawn?+

Yes. Removal and disposal are quoted in the estimate, not added afterward.
